Even when you have carefully selected the products you require, we can then offer free delivery (restrictions apply) to your home, and if required an optional installation service can be arranged for all the items we sell, including built-in appliances and wall mounted televisions. Once in place our expert and highly trained engineers can guide you through the standard functionality of your purchase, and even recycle your old appliance if required (restrictions apply). This attention to service will also be carried on through after your purchase has been delivered, with free telephone support from any of our stores should you have a question or query in operating your product.
We pride ourselves on having customers come back to us year after year to purchase new products, and we know from them that much of this is down to our top quality service at all stages of this process, which we’d be happy to show you in person at one of our stores.

For added peace of mind all our ‘Exclusive’ products are priced the same whether in our shops or online.
Warranties & Guarantees
All our new products carry a minimum 12 month guarantee without the need of registration.
All warranties beyond 12 months will require you to register the product with the manufacturer or apply for any promotion warranties that are on offer.
The warranty applicable to each product will be clearly stated on their individual product page, and once purchased your documentation will also confirm whether you need to register your appliance with the manufacturer to be eligible for the part, or all, of the warranty period, both in normal and promotion periods. Please note that some promotional warranty extension periods are underwritten by external warranty providers, and as such communication with them directly, rather than the manufacturer of your product, may be necessary in some cases. Please note that all warranties supplied with our products cover manufacturing faults only, and do not cover issues arising from accident, neglect or misuse.
