Welcome to our Service Department.
In order for us to offer the best possible service, we operate our own service department specifically catering for Stuart Westmoreland customers.
With our team of engineers both in the workshop and also out on the road, the service department can make sure any problems with your products can be cleared up as soon as possible. This department also caters for the installation of the products we sell or rent.
Our highly trained installers will come out and fit those products you have arranged with your store, test, and show you the basic functions of the equipment if applicable. We are also fully authorised Panasonic & Sony Plasma, LCD and DVD Recorder repair agents.
Service and Repair Charter
Sometimes service and repair costs appear to be disproportionate to the original cost of the equipment. This, unfortunately, is inevitable due to the engineer completing the repair being a highly skilled specialist familiar with the workings of your specific equipment.
All repairs, other than those specified differently in writing, are guaranteed for three months from the date of collection.

At Home Labour Charges
£25 = Visit with No Fault Found.
Aerial fault/ Fault not covered by manufacturer guarantee/ etc
£40 = At Home Service/ Repair.
Retune/ Instruction/ Basic Set-up/ In home repair (Excluding Spares/ Cables)
Workshop Labour Charges
£40 = Non Refundable Deposit Required for Work to Commence.
This will be taken of the price off your final bill
£80 = Recorders & Audio Equipment.
Labour Charge for Recorders and Audio Equipment (Excluding Spares)
£180 = TV Equipment.
Labour Charge for TV Equipment including Collection and Re-Installation (Excluding Spares)
Under Guarantee Repairs
Under Guarantee items purchased from us will be repaired at home if possible, if the item can not be repaired on site it will be brought into the workshop for repair.
Under Guarantee items will be repaired free of charge (If covered by the manufacturers guarantee "If not covered, may be subject to a charge").
Panasonic Repairs (Bought Elsewhere)
We are Official Panasonic repair agents and are capable of repairing any under guarantee Panasonic equipment within the "Local Area"
Collection and delivery charges may apply
We unfortunatly do not offer any service on equipment bought from elsewhere.
