Rental Terms & Conditions
 
Before we can proceed with any application for a rental agreement, all applicants must be sure they are aware of the minimum criteria for eligibility.
  1. The Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
     
  2. Minimum Contract Period of 17 Months.
     
  3. 3 Months Rental Cost To Be Paid In Advance.
     
  4. You must agree to us performing a credit check with a licensed credit broker.
